Where do I find my license key?
Your license key is in the activation email you received after purchase, and in your TotalAV account dashboard under My Subscriptions.
The installer won't open — what do I do?
Make sure the download finished completely, then right-click the file and run it as administrator (Windows) or allow it in security settings (Mac). If it still fails, our team can help.
Can I install on more than one device?
Yes — the number of devices depends on your plan. Pro covers up to 3 devices and Total Security covers up to 6.
